Seller is mostly unresponsive, and it took multiple messages to get a tracking number after days of the package not being shipped. The provided number was for Winit, a Chinese package forwarder, despite the seller advertising US shipping. The heatsink arrived with a noticeable twist in it, making it completely unusable. The fans were marked as defective/refurbished (yellow/gold stickers) and were mismatched, as well as not matching the brand in the image. One wasn't even attached to the heatsink

Accurate description of the product. Initially product was supposed to arrive on March 12, 2024. When I didn't receive the product that day I sent email to the seller and didn't receive any response. On March 12, 2024 when looking at the tracking for the package it showed that it was still sitting in New York. The package sat there until March 14, 2024 when it finally left New York.
